区域建筑群间距对日射得热的影响研究

摘  要: 随着我国城市化进程的加快,区域开发已成为近年来的焦点之一。在节能减排的要求下,合理的区域开发必定涉及能源规划。建筑群间距是日射得热的影响因素之一,而日射得热是区域负荷的重要组成部分。本文应用eQuest能耗分析软件对区域建筑群进行了模拟,并应用上海地区太阳能和风能资源评估(SWERA)气象数据,对建筑群间距对日射得热的影响进行了研究。结合国内外相关规定及推荐值,提出高层建筑群间距系数在1.1左右时,日射得热对全年负荷的不利影响最低,利于降低需求侧负荷。 With the rapid urbanization process in China,regional development has become one of the central issues in recent years.According to the request of energy-saving and emission-reduction,the energy planning is necessarily involved in the reasonable regional development.Moreover,the building interval is one of the factors affecting the solar heat gain which is an important component of regional load.In this paper,with the software of eQuest,the energy consumption of regional buildings was simulated.And then,using the weather data of solar and wind renewable energy assessment(SWERA) of Shanghai,the influences of building interval on solar heat gain were studied.As a result,considering the relevant provisions and recommended values,the coefficient of building interval around 1.1 was determined to reduce the annual load of the demand side.In addition,under this condition,the solar heat gain had minimum adverse effects on the annual load.
