摘　　要： 处置类信息是法庭语篇中至关重要的信息,体现了法律推理的基本原则、方法和结果。本文从处置类信息的分布、语言实现和处理三个方面进行分析,归纳信息分布的规律、处置类信息的语言实现及其功用以及信息处理中的不同态度,据此分析法庭语篇说理的实现。本文旨在探讨法庭语篇中处置类信息分布和处理的规律及其对语篇说理性的贡献。研究表明,恰当使用处置类信息能保证法庭语篇的说理性。 ransaction-oriented information is critical in courtroom discourse in that it embodies the basic principles,methods and results of legal persuasive reasoning.This paper studies the realization of persuasive reasoning in courtroom discourse in terms of the distribution of transaction-oriented information,its linguistic realization,and its processing.The analysis involves the knowledge sharing model,the powerful and powerless language division and the view of participants' attitude orientations.The paper mainly explores the contribution made by transaction-oriented information to persuasive reasoning in courtroom discourse.The results show that proper handling of such information is one of the factors guaranteeing the realization of persuasive reasoning in such discourse.
