甘蓝型油菜品种硼利用效率的差异研究

摘  要: 采用土培试验,对硼效率不同的甘蓝型油菜进行两步筛选。(1)苗期筛选:选择130个甘蓝型油菜品种,在缺硼和硼正常处理条件下,根据苗期地上部干物重比(-B/+B)作为硼效率系数,来反映不同品种硼效率差异,初步判断有硼高效品种22个,硼低效品种2个,硼中效品种106个;(2)产量筛选:以B2(土壤有效硼0.25mg/kg),B3(土壤有效硼1.0mg/kg)水平下油菜种子产量比(B2/B3)来反映不同品种利用硼效率的差异。获得硼高效品种7个,硼低效品种1个。同时苗期筛选后选取的9个品种经过产量筛选验证,有8个品种与油菜种子产量筛选一致,苗期筛选选取准确率接近90%,证明两步筛选法(苗期筛选,产量筛选)在选择硼效率不同的甘蓝型油菜品种有较好的可靠性。 Under pot culture, twostep screening was taken on different boron efficiency rape (Brassica Napus L.) cultivars as following: (1) seedling screening. One hundred and thirty rape cultivars were selected to culture with boron deficiency and normal boron treatment. Boron efficiency was reflected by boron efficient ratioes which was defined as shoot dry matter ratio of boron deficency and normal boron (-B/+B) in seedling. Under this primary creterium, twenty-two cultivars were boron high efficient,two cultivars were boron low efficient, the others were boron middle efficient. (2) Seed yields screening. Differences were reflected by seed yields ratios of B2 (0.25 mg/kg) and B3(1.00 mg/kg ) treatment. Of the nine cultivars choosed from the resluts of seedling screening, eight in seed yield screening showed the same degree of boron efficiency as the seedling screening which proved that twostep screening (seedling screening and seed yields screening) was reliable in selecting cultivars with different
