摘 要: 应用材料对整车进行声学封装,是提升汽车NVH性能的主要手段之一。聚酯+聚丙烯(PET+PP)纤维作为一种特殊工艺成型的材料,已开始应用于整车的吸音处理。文中将聚酯+聚丙烯双组分纤维材料的隔热性能、耐久性、压缩回复性与其他常用吸音材料进行了对比,并研究了不同规格PET+PP材料的吸音特性,以及按不同的材料方案对某车型进行声学处理后,对车内怠速噪声和匀速噪声的改进效果。 Acoustic encapsulation of the vehicle by using materials is one of the principal method to enhance the vehicle NVH performance.As a kind of material made by special molding process,PET+PP Bi-component Fiber has been applied to acoustic treatment for the vehicle.This paper compared the PET+PP Bi-component Fiber and other commonly used sound-absorbing materials in heat insulation performance,durability and recovery capability after compression.The acoustic properties of PET+PP fiber in different specifications,and the improvement effects on interior idle noise and uniform noise of vehicle by acoustic treatment using different materials are also studied.
