摘 要: 本文合成了一个新的水溶性阳离子型镓corrole配合物(GaIIITMPyC)。采用紫外-可见光谱、CD光谱和粘度法研究了它与小牛胸腺DNA(ct-DNA)的相互作用,并用琼脂糖凝胶电泳研究了光照条件下GaIIITMPyC对pBR322 DNA的切割能力。结果表明,GaIIITMPyC与ct-DNA的作用方式属于外部结合模式,其结合常数为2.71×104 M-1;GaIIITMPyC在光照下具有切割DNA的能力。 A new 5,10,15-tris(N-methyl-4-pyridyl)corrole gallium complex(GaIIITMPyC) was prepared.The interactions between GaIIITMPyC and calf thymus DNA(ct-DNA) were investigated by UV-Visible,CD spectoscopy and viscosity experiments.Agarose gel electrophoresis was also carried out to investigate the photocleavage ability of GaIIITMPyC to pBR 322 DNA.The results suggested that the binding mode of GaIIITMPyC and ct-DNA was outside binding,and the binding constant was 2.71×104 M-1.Agarose gel electrophoresis picture showed that GaIIITMPyC could induce DNA cleavage upon irradiation.
