摘　　要： 以一株具有高产纤溶酶能力的菌株中国根霉１２＃为出发菌株，以麸皮、胰蛋白胨为培养基，采用液体发酵法生产一种高效血栓溶解酶。用人工血纤维蛋白平板检测其活性。对培养基中的碳源、氮源、浓度及配比进行了研究，通过正交试验设计了最佳培养基配方和培养条件。 Plasmin was produced by cultivating Rhizopus Chinesis 12 in the bran and peptone medium.The activity was measured by use of artificial fibrin plate.The carbo sources and nitrogen sources of the medium and their distribution were studied.The best medium and cultural method were selected by orthogonal experimets.The JarFermenter exeperiment was studied also.
