摘　　要： 实验教学是高等医学教育的重要组成部分,麻醉学教研室结合麻醉专业特点,在实验教学的实验设计、教学方法、教学模式等方面进行了一些探索,总结了在实验教学中培养学生创新与实践能力的一些做法和经验。 Experimental teachingis importantcomponentofthe highermedical education.The deparment of anesthesiology explored experimental design,teching methods and teching modes etc and summarized several experience in cultivating students＇creativity and practical skills during experimental teaching combined with their speciality characteristic.
