摘　　要： 本文采用标准植酸钠对硫酸铜—碘量法测定植酸含量方法的计算公式进行了校正。原方法算得标样的五氧化二磷含量超过实际值的１１．６７％，校正后的换算系数与理论换算系数相差只有１．３８％，说明理论换算系数是可信的。 The calculating formula of the method of copper sulfatc-iodimetry for determining phytic acid content has been corrected according to standard sodium phytate.The phosphoric anhydride content of the standard sample by the old calculation formula was 11.67% more than that of the real content.The error between the corrected coefficient and the theoretical coefficient is only 1.38%,which means that the theoretical coefficient of the reaction is reliable.
