摘　　要： 文化认同是一切认同的核心和基础,文化统战作为统战工作的一个重要切入点具有非常独特的优势。随着统战工作对象的广泛性,开放意识、民主意识及日趋多元化的价值观等特点的凸显,统战工作也具有了新的特征。因此,进一步创新和发展新阶段的统一战线工作方式,构建广大统战工作对象认同的管理机制,优化文化统战氛围,有助于推动具有强大凝聚力的统一战线的建设。 Cultural identity is the core and basis of all identities,thus,cultural front work has the unique advantage in playing the role of being a starting point for united front work.With the objects of united front work becoming increasingly extensive,the united front work has acquired the new features of being more open in democratic ideologies and having increasingly diverse values.Therefore,it helps build a unified front with powerful cohesion if we innovate and develop the method of united front work in the new stage,optimize the management mechanism identified by the vast number of united front work objects and cultivate the atmosphere of cultural united front work.
