摘　　要： 文章以产权理论的微观基础为分析视角,对西方产权理论研究与马克思产权理论研究的差异进行分析,指出劳动力资源是影响产权演化的核心要素,是推动社会进步的有效因素。马克思产权理论分析框架,由于具有开发性特征,更适合信息社会经济发展的分析需要。 The paper,regarding micro-foundation of property right theory as its angle of study,makes an analysis on difference in property right theory between western economics and Marxism and points out that labor resource is the major factor affecting the evolution of property right and is the effective factor to promote social progress.The frame of Marxist property right theory,which is open,is more suitable for the demand to analyze economic development in information society.
