摘 要: 依据胜任力理论和模型,构建高校图书馆馆长评价指标,确定知识、能力、人格3个一级指标和图书情报知识、管理学知识等16个二级指标。运用文献法和层次分析法,通过定量与定性分析确定各指标的权重,建立一个较为全面和实用的高校图书馆馆长胜任力评价指标体系。 This paper bases on competency theories and models, sets up a competence evaluation system of library directors in university, determines the knowledge, ability, personality three-level indicators and Library and Information Science, knowledge management and other 16 secondary indicators. By using literature review and analytic hierarchy process, it determines the weight of each index through quantitative and qualitative analysis and establishes a more comprehensive and practical competence evaluation system of library directors in university.
