摘 要: 本文选用工业糖液作为研究对象,对超声场防除蒸发罐积垢进行了研究。结果表明,超声场可以降低积垢生成速率,提高蒸发罐的蒸发强度和传热系数。 Abstract The influence of ultrasound on scale prevention of evaporators was studied, and sugar solution was used sa the research object. Results of ultrasound treatment were shown that not only the rate of scale formation was reduced, but both the capacity and heat transfer coefficient of evaporators were improned.
