摘 要: 房地产交易报告作为房产开发或投资商与潜在房产消费者沟通的媒介,其重要作用不可忽视。在立场分析的框架下,本文搜集了三十个样本从语言学与广告营销策略角度出发分析该商务语篇的体裁结构和立场,并结合其产生的社会文化背景探讨其文体特征的内在原因。 As an indirect but primary communication channel between property companies and potential customers,property transaction reports(PTRs) play a major role in publicizing transacted products in the reports.Based on a corpus of 30 authentic property transaction reports,the authors analyze the genre and discourse stance applied in the PTRs from the perspective of linguistics and marketing,with a view to identifying their generic and linguistic features and their underlying reasons.
