摘　　要： 以语用学的语用失误理论及语用等效原则为基础,从读者反应及接受的角度,分析了电影《非诚勿扰》征婚启事英译文中的语用失误及口语表达的等效译法,认为在翻译过程中运用失误理论及语用等效原则可以使译者更灵活地处理风格、语体、修辞等问题,译出佳作。 Based on pragmatic failure theory and pragmatic equivalence theory, the pragmatic failures in the translation of the Seeking Partner Ad in the movie If You A re The One and the pragmatically-equiralent translations are analyzed from the perspective of readers＇ response and acceptation.
