摘　　要： 基于1978—2007年我国省际面板数据,采用固定效应模型和变系数模型分析了金融发展对二元经济转换的具体影响机理,并对二者之间的关系进行了实证检验。研究表明:金融发展中量的扩张对二元经济转化的作用在各个省市不同,金融发展中效率的提高能促进二元经济的转化。制定灵活倾斜的区域金融政策是金融发展促进二元经济良性转换的重要因素之一。 Based on panel data of provincial level from 1978 to 2007,this paper analyses the effect mechanism about financial development to dual economic transformation by using fixed effects model and changeable modulus model,and performs empirical analyses on the relationships between financial development and dual economic transformation too.The result shows that,the amount of financial development can have different effects on dual economic transformation in various provinces and cities,while the efficiency of financial development can promote the transformation of dual economic structure.So,nimble and oblique financial policy is an important factor by which financial development can promote dual economy transformation.
