摘　　要： 通过研究设计正交试验,对碱浸酸析法提取柑橘皮中橙皮苷的工艺条件进行优化研究。L1(645)正交试验结果表明,最优提取条件为:在70℃、pH11.5的碱液中浸提2小时,然后调整溶液pH值至4.5,温度60℃,该条件下橙皮苷得率为2.60%。 By orthogonal experiment, research is conducted on the process conditions for alkaline leaching acid precipitation method for extraction of hesperidin from orange skin. The findings from L16 （45）orthogonal experiment indicates that the optimum extraction conditions are as follows ：2 hours for extraction in 70℃ ,pHI 1.5 in alkali liquor before adjusting solution pH up to 4.5 with temperature of 60℃. Under this condition the hesperidin yield is 2.60%.
