摘 要: 介绍了以天然高分子为载体的农药缓释微球的制备方法,包括挤出-外源凝胶法、乳化-凝胶法(乳化-外源凝胶法和乳化-内源凝胶法)、乳化-溶剂挥发法(单乳液法、双乳液法)等,着重分析各种制备方法对微球结构、粒径、包埋率、缓释等性能的影响,并讨论了共混改性和表面涂覆改性载药微球的缓释性能,同时指出了农药缓释微球的发展方向。 The methods for microspheres preparation were introduced in this paper,including extrusion-external gelation,emulsification-gelation(emulsion-external gelation,emulsion-internal gelation).The effects of these methods on microsphere properties,such as structure,particle size,encapsulation efficiency and slow release were outlined.The slow-release performances of co-blended and surface coating modified microspheres were also discussed.The development trends for slow-release microspheres were presented.
