摘　　要： 目的优选茯苓中茯苓聚糖的提取工艺,测定不同产地茯苓中茯苓聚糖的含量。方法本文采用苯酚-硫酸法,测定茯苓聚糖吸光度。结果对来自不同产地的十二个样品进行测定。结论茯苓聚糖采用稀碱法提取效果最好,最佳提取工艺为石油醚提取2h,80%乙醇提取2h,碱用量为50mL。 OBJECTIVES To establish a methed for content determination of pachyman,and compare the content of pachyman in different habitat.METHODS The colorimetric method of phenol and sulfuric acid was used to determine the the content of pachyman.RESULTS To compare the content of pachyman in 12 habitats.CONCLUSION The good extracting techniques of the content determination of pachyman was extracted with petroleum ether（30～60℃）and alcohol（80%）for 2 hours,NaOH 50mL.
