摘　　要： 我国本科教育传统的教育理念是进行基础理论和技能教育,学生的创新性思维培养未受到足够重视。随着世界经济和科学技术的发展,检验医学取得了骄人的成绩。本文从培养创新性思维的必要性和如何培养具有创新性思维的检验医学人才出发,论述了创新性思维训练在检验医学本科教育中的重要性。 The traditional educational conception of China＇ s undergraduate education trains students in basic theory and skill but pays insufficient attention to developing their creative thinking. However, with the development of world economy, science and technology, brilliant achievements have been made in laboratory medicine. This paper discusses the importance of creative thinking training in undergraduate education of laboratory medicine.
