摘　　要： 胡麻是我国五大油料作物之一,胡麻籽和胡麻油具有重要的用途。胡麻籽中含有丰富的胡麻胶,可做食品添加剂、化妆品原粉、医药原料等。胡麻油是一种优质食用油,富含α-亚麻酸及各种不饱和脂肪酸,具有促进人体智能、强身健脑、防止心血管疾病、抑制疾病基因等重要作用。本文选取中国知网(CNKI)和SCI数据库作为数据来源,分别对国内外胡麻研究的相关文献进行可视化分析;借助CiteSpace信息可视化软件,直观地展示和分析了近年国内外胡麻的年度发文量、研究胡麻的主要机构、高被引作品分析、前沿与热点分析。通过这些分析可以清晰的看到目前国内外对于胡麻研究的整体情况。 Oil flax is one of five major oil crops,linseed and linseed oil have important uses.Linseed is rich in flax gum,and it can be used as food additives,cosmetics raw powder,pharmaceutical raw materials.Linseed oil is a high quality edible oil,rich in α-linolenic acid and various unsaturated fatty acids,it plays an important role in the promotion of human intelligence and the health of the brain,preventing cardiovascular disease and the suppression of disease genes.CNKI and the SCI database were selected as the data sources in the paper,the visualization analysis on domestic and foreign literatures related to oil flax was carried out.With the information visualization software CiteSpace,we can clearly see the annual published articles at home and abroad,main nations and institutions which are engaging in oil flax research,subjects distribution and highly cited papers.Through these analyses,we can understand the overall situation of the research of oil flax.
