摘　　要： 本文从"公生活"的角度出发,引进了公关系和绝对隐私等概念,研究了隐私权的保护客体(隐私)及其内容,较好地展示了隐私与公生活之间的边界,为进一步制定和实施相关的法律提供了重要的基础. This paper introduces the public relations and the concept of absolute privacy from the ＂public life＂ point of view; studies the objects that require privacy right （privacy） protection; and presents the boundaries between the public life and privacy,in order to provide an important foundation for the further formulation and implementation of relevant laws.
