摘 要: 齿轮泵产生噪声时基本上都伴有振动。对齿轮泵的振动原因及振动信号进行分析,由于齿轮泵的振动信号包含大量的频谱,利用小波分析原理及小波包分解故障信号,并与正常信号比较,抽取与故障有关的几个频段进行重构,剔除正常振动分量和干扰项,从而使故障特征信号从复杂的振动信号中分离出来,便于判断齿轮泵的故障原因。 Vibration is generated when gear pump emit noise.The causes and signals of vibration were analyzed.Because there existed many frequencies in vibration signals,by virtue of small-wave-packet analysis method,the fault signals were decomposed and compared with natural signals,some frequency channels relative to the faults were extracted and restructured,the components of main vibration and the interfering terms were rejected,so the characteristic signals of the fault were separated from complex vibration signals and the fault of the gear pump could be diagnosed.
