气相SiO_2和稻壳SiO_2/壳聚糖复合膜的性能比较

摘  要: 将稻壳用10%的盐酸处理后在600℃焚烧得到无定形、纯度大于99%的稻壳SiO2,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)以及马尔文粒度仪对稻壳SiO2的结构、形貌和粒径进行了分析,并与气相SiO2进行了对比。将两种SiO2分别与壳聚糖复合,对比了两种复合膜的机械性能和热分解性能。结果表明:稻壳SiO2的FTIR谱图与气相SiO2相同,但吸水值和吸油值均低于气相SiO2,二者的粒度分布均在2~100μm区间;两种SiO2壳聚糖复合膜的拉伸模量、强度和断裂伸长率的最大值相差不大;当SiO2质量分数为5%时,气相SiO2/壳聚糖复合膜热稳定性能略高于稻壳SiO2/壳聚糖复合膜。 Rice husk silica was prepared by burning the 10% (v/v) HCl treated rice husk at 600 ℃ and the remaining rice husk SiO2 was amorphous with purity over 99%. The structure, morphologies, and size of rice husk silica were investigated by FTIR, SEM, and Malvern particle sizer, respectively. The results were compared with the fume silica. A comparison study of mechanical properties and thermal decomposition property of rice husk silica and fume silica with chitosan had been carried out. Results showed that the rice husk silica had similar spectrum with fume silica, but rice husk silica had lower water and oil absorption value, both particles distribution were between 2 - 100 μm. The maximum values of tensile strength, tensile modulus and elongation at break of fume and rice husk silica filled with chitosan membrane had no obvious difference. However, when the silica content was over than 5 wt % , the fume silica/chitosan had higher thermal stability than that of the rice husk silica/chitosan.
