摘　　要： 分析了《林木遗传育种学》传统实验教学中存在的问题和不足,就《林木遗传育种学》实验教学改革的必要性、实验教学改革、改革后的效果等方面进行探讨,认为开设综合性实验能充分调动学生的学习积极性、有效提高实习课程的教学质量,并有利于培养学生的综合分析能力、创新意识、团队精神。同时,提出从理论教学课程中分离出实验课,设置综合性实验,形成独立的实践课程,以及将综合性实验与"实习一体化"有机结合的建议。 Problems and deficiency in traditional testing experiment teaching of Forest Genetic and Tree Breeding were analyzed, while the necessity of experiment with the teaching scheme and effect was also discussed in the paper. Under the comprehensive experiment, the student＇ s positivity was fully mobilized and the teaching quality was effectively improved, further cultivating the general analysis ability and the creative consciousness of students, as well as the team spirit and collectivism. In addition, experiment courses wereadvised to be isolated from the theory courses and designed as comprehensive experiments, combined with incorporate practice teaching into one integrative course.
