摘 要: [目的]为芒果核中多酚类物质的工业化生产提供理论依据。[方法]以芒果核仁为试材,采用微波辅助乙醇法提取其中的多酚类物质,以乙醇浓度、提取时间、液固比、微波功率为考察因素,采用混合均匀设计法对提取工艺进行考察,并根据多元回归方程得到优化工艺参数。[结果]微波辅助提取芒果核仁中多酚类物质的最佳工艺为:微波功率385W,乙醇浓度60%,固液比1∶16,萃取时间120 s,此条件下,多酚类物质的提取率达8.93%。[结论]采用微波辅助法提取芒果核仁中多酚类物质具有提取效率高、提取时间短、成本低等优点。 [ Objective ] The study aimed to supply theoretical foundation for industrial production of polyphenols from mango seeds. [ Method ] With mango seeds as tested materials, their polyphenols was extracted by microwave-assisted alcohol extraction. With alcohol eonen. , extraction time, liquid-solid ratio and microwave power as investigation factors, the extraction technology was investigated using mixed uniform distribution design arid the optimized technological parameters were obtained from multivariate regression equations. [ Result] The optimum technological condition for microwave-assisted extraction of polyphenols from mango seeds was as follows: the microwave power was 385W;the alcohol conen. was 60%, the solid-liquid ratio was 1:16 and the extraction time was 120 s. Under this condition, the extracted rate of polyphenols was up to 8.93%. [ Conclusion] The microwave-assisted extraction of polyphenols from mango seeds had advantages, such as high efficiency,less time consumption and low cost.
