类胡萝卜素甲基睾酮对观赏鱼体色的影响

摘  要: 在5月龄珍珠玛丽鱼(Molienesiavelifera)和3月龄红剑尾鱼(Xiphophorusheleri)的基础饲料中分别添加0.5%的类胡萝卜素或17α-甲基睾酮10μg/g,在近50天的养殖试验表明,饲料中添加0.5%的类胡萝卜素能使鱼的体表增色;添加10μg/g的17α-MT不能使5月龄的珍珠玛丽鱼发生性逆转,体色亦无明显变化,但能使红剑尾鱼全部雄化和体色调加深。 One hundred fivemonthold Sailfin mollies (Mollienesia velifera) and 100 threemonthold Red swordtails (Xiphophorus helleri) were each divided into three groups, a control group and two treated groups whose fundmental feed were enriched with 0.5% of carotenoid and 10methyltestosterone (17MT) respectively. The colour of each group and the content of carotene deposited in fish were recorded at 12day interval during the experiment. The results indicated that the fish colour deepened when they were fed with carotenoid (0.5%); when treated with 10 g/g of 17MT, Sailfin mollies could not finish sex reversal (from female to male) and their colour little changed, in contrast, the Red swordtails finished sex reversal and their body colour seemed to have deepened.
