摘　　要： 2010年2月5日,俄罗斯总统梅德韦杰夫批准了《俄罗斯联邦军事学说》,这是俄罗斯第3部军事学说。新学说在延续了1993年和2000年版本基础上做了进一步的修改和完善,对俄军事发展的一些重大问题做了重要说明。文章对新学说产生的背景及其内容上的新特点进行全面解析,旨在揭示俄罗斯军事战略发展的新动向及未来发展趋势。 On February 5th, 2010 Russian president Dmitry Medvedev formally ratified the country＇ s new military doctrine, which is a further modification of the previous two versions issued in 1993 and 2000 respectively. The new military doctrine makes a detailed regulation of some important issues of Russian military development. Aiming to reveal the new developmental trend in Russian military strategic development, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the new doctrine in terms of its background and contents.
