摘 要: 熔滴过渡是决定熔化极气体保护焊焊接质量的重要焊接过程,通过对弧焊熔滴过渡的高速摄影与电信号波形及焊缝的对比分析,研究了双丝共熔池气体保护焊(TCGMAW)不同送丝速度对焊接电弧与熔滴过渡的影响,为探索新的熔滴过渡控制方法、进行弧焊电源研发和弧焊工艺的改进提供了有效的技术手段和可靠的理论依据参考。 Droplet transfer is an important welding process which determines the welding quality of gas metal arc welding.The high-speed photography system combined with the wavelet analysis of electric signals is the most intuitive and effective method in researching the droplet transfer.By comparison and analysis on the high-speed photography,electric signals of droplet transfer and weld the effect of wire feeding speed on droplet transfer and weld in twin-wire co-pool gas-shielded metal arc welding(TCGMAW)was researched.These provide an effective technique method and reliable theory basis for exploring new control of droplet transfer.
