摘 要: 采用中国社会综合调查(CGSS)的相关数据,按照众数法以及国际标准职业分类对不同层次工作岗位的教育程度要求,对不同行业在职员工的教育匹配状况测度的结果是:不同行业间员工的受教育程度差异显著,其中采矿业、制造业和电气、燃气及水的供应业三大行业员工的教育过度比例最高,而卫生、体育和社会福利保障业员工教育不足比例相对较低。教育不足与工资收入呈明显的负相关,而且相对于教育匹配的员工,教育不足员工的工资平均要低出9%。但是,具体到拥有大学学历的员工,教育过度员工的工资收入比教育匹配的员工平均高出近30%。从学历层次看,中国目前各行业员工的过度教育状态呈现出"中间高、两头低"的正态分布格局。 With the data from CGSS in China, we measure the education-job match status for employees in different sectors consulting the mode method and the international classification ISCO--88 for the level of educational requirement to each job. The statistic result shows that the educational certification for employees is significantly different among the sectors. Through empirical analysis, we find that undereducated is negatively associated with wage income. Compared with the matched worker who has the exact education that the job required, the undereducated worker has 9% penalty on the wage. While specific to the graduated workers, the overeducated employee has about 30% higher than the matched one.
