摘　　要： 通过对闽粤地区的211家企业为调查对象获取数据,采用建立结构方程模型的实证检验,探索市场导向、质量导向是否以及如何通过企业动态能力影响技术创新绩效进行实证研究。结果表明:动态能力在市场导向与技术创新绩效之间都起部分中介作用,而质量导向对企业技术创新绩效没有显著正的影响。最后,根据实证研究结果给出了政策建议。 Using empirical data drawn from a field survey of 211 firms in Fujian and Guangdong Province,the paper explored the role of dynamic capabilities（DC） in the relationship between market orientation（MO）／quality orientation（QO） and technology innovation performance（TIP）.Through a structural equation model analysis,the paper found that DC partially mediated the TIP impact of MO.However,In relation to TIP,QO as factor with positive association is not supported.Based on the research conclusions and the depth interview survey result,it gave some advices to the development of innovation and performance for firms in other regions.
