摘　　要： 加强国际金融监管协调与合作是全球化背景下防范和化解金融危机的必然选择。本文在分析当前国际金融监管框架和协调现状的基础上,从标准难统一、权责难平衡、组织体系难协同三个方面探讨国际金融监管协调难的深层次原因,提出完善协调主体、明确协调内容、创新协调机制的建议,并对后危机时代中国如何在国际金融监管协调与合作中发挥应有的作用进行了阐释。 Strengthening international coordination and cooperation in finance is an inevitable choice to prevent and defuse financial crises against the background of financial globalization.Based on an analysis of the current regulation framework and coordination of international finance,the paper offers an in-depth discussion of three aspects that have caused problems of international regulation and coordination,namely,unification of criteria,balance of right and responsibility,and integration of organization system.Suggestions are raised to improve the coordination subject,clarify the coordination contents,and innovate on the coordination mechanism.How China should play her part in international financial coordination and cooperation is also explained.
