摘 要: 常规输电系统可靠性评估用负荷的最大值进行评估,但实际负荷是随时间变化的,具有不确定性,所以用负荷的最大值进行可靠性评估必然会导致评估不准确。为了考虑负荷的不确定性对评估结果的影响,提出将负荷划分为若干个区间,再用三次样条插值法求每个区间的可信度。与常规可靠性评估方法相比,采用该方法进行评估能够得到每个负荷区间的可靠性指标,提供的信息量也更大,且能反映可靠性指标的不确定性。算例分析表明,该方法合理、有效。 General reliability evaluation of transmission systems evaluates reliability by maximal load,but the actual load usually varies with the time and has uncertainty,which leads to the inaccuracy of evaluation.In order to calculate the effect of load uncertainty on reliability evaluation,the paper divides the load into some intervals and uses the cubic spline interpolation to compute the credit degree of every interval.Comparison with the general method shows that the proposed approach is capable of gaining the reliability indices in every load interval,providing a greater amount of information and reflecting the uncertainty of reliability indices.Case study shows the rationality and effectiveness of the approach.
