摘　　要： 以淮河流域下游淮安市淮阴区为例,采用Costanza生态系统服务价值计算公式,参照谢高地的生态系统服务单价,评估了淮阴区1996～2008年土地利用变化对区域生态系统服务价值的影响。研究表明,研究期内淮阴区总的生态系统服务价值减少了47.83×106元,土地生态风险指数增加了0.0030。这反映了该地区生态系统为人类提供各种服务能力有所下降,土地生态安全总体上呈现出恶化的趋势。 Based on the Costanza method and Xie Gaodi＇s unit ecosystem services value（ESV）,the variation of ecosystem services caused by land use change was assessed in Huai＇yin district from 1996 to 2008.The research indicated that the total ESV decreased 47.83 × 10^6 Yuan and the land ecological risk index increased 0.0030 from 1996 to 2008.This reflects the ecosystem in the region to provide various services for the human ability to decrease and the land ecological safety to worsen.
