摘 要: 以低碳钢粉末选择性阻焊成形含随形水路的注塑模模芯为例,探讨了坡度成形、粉末磁化和梯形效应等问题。提出了电极材料应用不当是导致梯形效应的主要原因。利用排水法对制件致密度进行测量,得出经SRW快速成形工艺的制件,其致密度接近理论致密度的结论。 With forming the plastic injection mold inserts with conformal cooling and heating channels as an sample by with low-carbon steel powder,researched into the forming process encountered in the bevel forming,powder magnetization and trapezoidal effects and so on.Found that the electrode material’ s problems can lead to the trapezoidal effect.Used drainage method to measure densification rate of forming parts,and got the conclusion that the densification rate of the forming parts using SRW rapid prototyping technology is close to the theoretical densification rate.
