摘 要: 采用正硅酸酯水解法制备了含乙烯基单元的MQ树脂、含二官能团D单元的MDQ树脂和含三官能团T单元的MTQ树脂,并以此作为加成型RTV(室温硫化)有机硅灌封胶的补强填料。研究了MQ树脂用量、M/Q值和乙烯基含量等对含阻燃剂和导热填料的加成型RTV有机硅灌封胶性能的影响。结果表明:三种树脂均能有效改善灌封胶的力学性能,同时对胶料黏度影响不大;当MQ树脂中M/Q值为0.6、w(乙烯基)=6.8%和w(MQ树脂)=7%时,灌封胶的增强效果相对最好;当MmDdQq树脂中n(d)∶n(m+d+q)=10∶100或MmTtQq树脂中n(t)∶n(m+t+q)≈20∶100时,灌封胶具有相对较好的增强效果。 The MQ resin with vinyl group,MDQ resin with difunctional D radical and MTQ resin with trifunctional T radical were prepared by hydrolysis of tetraethyl orthosilicate.Then the polyaddition-curing type RTV(room temperature vulcanization) silicone sealant reinforced by some resins(such as MQ,MDQ or MTQ resin) were prepared.The influences of some factors(such as MQ resin contents,M/Q value and vinyl group contents) were investigated on the performances of polyaddition-curing type RTV silicone sealant with flame retardant and thermal conducting fillers.The results showed that the three types resins(such as MQ,MDQ,MTQ resin) could all effectively improve the mechanics performances of silicone sealant without obviously increasing viscidity.The silicone sealant had relatively optimal reinforcement effectiveness when the M/Q value was 0.6,mass fractions of vinyl group and MQ resin were 6.8% and 7% respectively.The silicone sealant had relatively better reinforcement effectiveness when the molar ratio of n(d)∶n(m+d+q) was 10∶100 in MmDdQq resin or the molar ratio of n(t)∶n(m+t+q) was about 20∶100 in MmTtQq resin.
