摘　　要： 20世纪90年代以来,随着中国都市化进程的加速和社会的全面转型,新都市小说出现。新都市小说的产生和发展,离不开90年代以来文学制度的变化。具体来说,90年代以来文艺政策的宽松化和民主化,作家和政府体制之间的日渐疏离,稿酬制度的日趋完善,民间评奖的兴起,文学评价体系和消费体系的多元化和自主化都在一定程度上催生了新都市小说并对它的发展起着保障和推动作用。 Since 1990s,with the development of metropolis and the overall social transform,the ＂new＂ metropolis novel has emerged.The change of literature system is very important for the produce and development of the ＂new＂ metropolis novel.In detailed,the looseness of literature policy,the distant between writer and government,the improvement of contribution fees,the emergence of popular appraisal,the diversity and independence of literature critic and consumption system all have speeded up the emergence of the ＂new＂ metropolis novel and are also very important for the development of the ＂new＂ metropolis novel.
