摘 要: 辐照度是UV灯具的主要参数之一,为保证UV灯具产品质量,需要对灯具的辐照度进行检测。通过检测PIN光电二极管UVA1210的光电流来确定UV灯辐照度。前置放大电路选用pA级电流偏置的高精度运放ICL7650。测试了不同距离下UV灯的辐照度,辐照度与距离基本呈线性关系,距离越小辐照度越大。在检测过程中,UV灯具的辐照度数据有小幅波动,波动为平均值的5%。辐照度数据采用一阶滤波后波动明显减小,一阶滤波后辐照度波动为平均值的1.1%。数据波动范围为未滤波数据波动的22%。 The irradiance is one of the main parameters of UV lamp.In order to ensure the quality of the products,the paper used PIN photodiode UVA1210 to test the irradiance of UV lamp.The preamplifier circuit used ICL7650 which bias current is 10 pA.The paper tested the irradiance in different distance.The paper drawed a conclusion of linear relationship between the irradiance and distance.In the process of test,the irradiance has a little fluctuation,less than 5% of the mean irradiance.The irradiance data use one order filter to reduce the fluctuation,less than 1.1% of the mean irradiance.The scope of the fluctuation reduce 78%.
