摘 要: 西藏上市公司的企业文化建设目前存在一些问题:在物质文化方面,特色不突出、宣传力度不大;在行为文化方面,受企业高层领导影响较为明显;在制度文化方面,尚未形成完整的体系;在精神文化方面,缺乏个性和创新性等。结合西藏上市公司的实际,建立健全企业有自身特色的制度,加强执行力,确立核心理念,将企业文化融入企业日常经营管理之中,使之成为企业可持续发展的原动力,必将有效提高西藏上市公司的竞争力。 There are considerable problems existed in culture construction of Tibetan listed companies.From the perspective of material culture,the companies don't have prominent features and strong propaganda influence;from the perspective of behavior culture,it is obviously affected by the senior leader;from the perspective of systematic culture,they have not yet formed complete systems;from the perspective of spiritual culture,these companies lack individuality and innovation.Therefore,according to the reality of the companies,it is important for them to establish a system with their own characteristics,strengthen the executive capability,establish the core concept and make the corporate culture into their daily operation and management.so that the corporate culture will have the driving force for the sustainable development and competitiveness of Tibetan listed companies.
