摘 要: 通过对不同应力比下钢筋混凝土梁锈蚀量的对比试验,研究了荷载对钢筋混凝土结构中钢筋锈蚀及钢筋混凝土梁承载力的影响。试验过程中施加持续荷载,各梁应力比分别为0、0.2、0.4,通过外加电流及浸泡于5%的NaCl溶液中进行加速锈蚀。试验结果表明,应力比对钢筋锈蚀及钢筋土梁承载力有影响,应力比越大,钢筋锈蚀就越严重,梁出现裂缝时的承载力及极限承载力越小。 Based on testing of corroded reinforced concrete beams in different load levels and comparison with three control beams,this paper presents the effects of mechanical loading on the corrosion of reinforcing steel and the steel mass loss rate.Beams specimens were subjected to the sustained load corresponding to stress ratio of 0,0.2,and 0.4 respectively by using external power supply and 5% NaCl chloride solution during the corrosion test process.Test results show that the load level has an effect on the load carrying capacity of the tested beams.And the higher the load level,the larger the steel mass loss rate and the lower the load carrying capacity of the tested beams is when cracks emerge on the beams.
