摘　　要： 会话含义理论已经成为语用学中的重要理论。本文通过对交际各方违反合作原则(即质准则、量准则、关系准则和方式准则)的话语分析,研究法庭话语中的会话含义,皆在发现会话含义的语用策略在法庭话语中的作用,揭示其对法庭各方为实现各自目的所产生的影响,从而提高庭审过程中信息获取的效率,维护司法公正性,并且为司法领域的工作人员提高工作效率服务。 Conversational implicature has been an important theory in pragmatics. This paper sets out to investigate conversational implicature in courtroom discourse by an analysis of violations of four maxims （quantitiy, quality, relation and manner） of cooperative principle in order to find out the way how the pragmatic strategy of conversational implicature is realized in courtroom interactions and the way how a favorable effect is achieved for parties in a trial. This study can help people obtain information more effectively and increase the work efficiency of the judicial fields as well as safeguard the judicial fairness.
