摘 要: 本文应用钴60(^(60)Co)对感染桔小实蝇和木瓜实蝇的番石榴果实进行辐照处理。试验表明:桔小实蝇中3龄幼虫最耐辐照,木瓜实蝇较桔小实蝇更耐辐照;桔小实蝇的LD99.9968为87.72(73.76~98.25)Gy,100~116Gy处理81543头桔小实蝇3龄幼虫,没有成虫羽化;木瓜实蝇的LD99.9968为106.81(90.26~135.21)Gy,140~161Gy处理68947头木瓜实蝇3龄幼虫,没有成虫羽化。 Appleded ^(60)Co irradiation quarantine treatment for guava which were infested Bactracrea dorsalis(Hendel),oriental fruit fly;Bactracrea papayae(Drew Hancock),papaya fruit fly.Result showed:3 insdar larves of oriental fruit fly is the most irradiated tolerance,papaya fruit fly is more irradiated tolerance than oriental fruit fly;Dose of LD99.9968 of oriental fruit fly is 87.72(73.76-98.25)Gy,doses of 100-116Gy applied to 81,543 oriental fruit fly,also resultel in no survival to the adult stage;Dose of LD99.9968 of papaya fruit fly is 106.81(90.26-135.21),doses of 140-161Gy applied to 68947 papaya fruit fly third instars,also resulted in no survival to the adult stage.
