摘　　要： 从创业型企业家的定义出发,从背景特征、人格因素、创业精神等方面进行探讨,就目前创业型企业家研究新进展进行概括,对今后创业型企业家的研究有一定的指导作用。 Beginning with the definition of entrepreneurial entrepreneur,this study discusses the background characteristics,personality factors,and the entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial entrepreneur.Then we generalize the present new improvement of study on entrepreneurial entrepreneur and propose a certain direction for the future study in this field.
