摘 要: 在合理假设的基础上运用传递理论以及普遍成立的质量守恒原理,建立了超声作用大肠杆菌膜变化的动力学模型:E(t)=(k3T-k1/)(k2+k3)·e-(k2+k3)·t+(k2T-k1/k2+k3)。基于该模型的理论模拟结果与实验结果比较表明:该动力学模型对膜变化过程具有很好的预测功能,能反映膜变化的实际过程。(E-胞内荧光素的浓度;t-时间;T-胞内外渗透物质总量;k1-细胞死亡后引起的荧光素损失速率常数;k2-荧光素从胞外渗透入胞内的速率常数;k3-荧光素从胞内渗出胞外后又反渗透入胞内的速率常数。) Based on transfer theory and mass conservation law the kinetic model of the variation of E.coli membrane by ultrasound are obtained as follows:E(t)=(k3T-k1/)(k2+k3)·e-(k2+k3)·t+(k2T-k1/k2+k3).The prediction results of this model fit the ex-perimental results well,and it could reflect the practical extraction process.(E-the concentration of intracellular fluorescent;t-time;T-the total substance inside and outside the cell;k1-the velocity constant of fluorescent losing by cell dead;k2-the velocity constant of fluorescent transporting inside the cell;k3-the velocity constant of fluores-cent transporting outside and then inside the cell.)
