摘 要: 研究炭黑品种对NR/反式1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)并用胶性能的影响。结果表明,随着炭黑粒径的增大,NR/TPI并用胶焦烧时间延长,交联程度下降;填充炭黑N330的NR/TPI并用胶具有较好的综合物理性能;随着炭黑粒径的增大,NR/TPI并用胶的损耗模量逐渐降低;随炭黑比表面积的增大,当温度低于0℃时,并用胶损耗因子减小,当温度高于0℃时,损耗因子增大。 The effect of carbon black type on the properties of NR/TPI was investigated.As the size of carbon black particle increased,the scorch time of NR/TPI blend extended,and the crosslink degree decreased.The comprehensive physical properties of NR/TPI blend filled with carbon black N330 were better;the loss modulus decreased as the size of carbon black particle increased.As the specific surface of carbon black increased,when the temperature was lower than 0 ℃,the tanδ value of blend decreased,and when the temperature was higher than 0 ℃,the tanδ value increased.
