摘　　要： 我国群体纠纷和群体诉讼产生的原因是多方面、多层次的,它是一定时期社会政治、经济、文化等方面各种社会矛盾的综合反映。在大工业高度发展的现代社会,群体纠纷和群体诉讼的产生是不可避免的,但是,我国目前群体纠纷和群体诉讼远远超出了发达国家工业化时期的规模和数量,这是需要引起我们高度重视的。我们应当从多方面采取措施和对策,大幅度降低群体纠纷和群体诉讼发生的频率和规模,更好地发挥群体诉讼的正面作用和效应。 We can see many and multi-level reasons for Chinese group disputes and group litigations,which is a comprehensive reflection on political,economic,cultural and other aspects of various social contradictions in certain periods.Group disputes and group litigations are inevitable in the modern large industrialized society.However,the size and number of our current group disputes and group litigations are far beyond that of the developed countries in the same period.We should pay much attention to it and take different measures to significantly reduce the frequency and scale of group disputes and group litigations and the positive effect of group litigations should be better taken.
