低温对褐飞虱发育、生殖的影响
Effect of Low Temperature on Development and Fecundity of Nilaparvata lugens (Stal)

摘  要: 在13、16、19、22、25℃下,测定了褐飞虱各虫态的发育历期。结果表明,褐飞虱若虫各虫态在不同温度下的发育历期有明显的差异,在同一龄期的发育历期随温度的降低而延长。13 ℃卵不能孵化。褐飞虱若虫的平均发育历期与温度呈线性相关。在同一温度下,以1、5龄若虫历期较长,2、3、4龄若虫历期较短。不同温度下雌成虫寿命都要比雄成虫寿命长。采用直接最优法计算发育起点温度和有效积温,结果表明为:1、2、3、4、5龄和若虫期发育起点温度分别为:10.06、11.89、10.10、10.91、10.02、9.99℃;有效积温分别为:101.01、35.07、48.64、43.07、80.65、323.58 d·℃雌虫产卵量随温度降低而减少。25℃和22℃产卵量无显著差异,但都显著高于19℃和16℃、13℃成虫不能产卵。 The present study investigated changes of developmental duration and fecundity of Nilaparvata lugens under five tempera- tures, 13, 16, 19, 22 and 25 ℃ in laboratory. The results showed that there was a significant difference on developmental duration of different instar nymphs of N. lugens under five temperature treatments, and the duration of the same instar increased with decline of temperature. Neither egg hatchability was observed at 13℃ and nor egg laid by adult female was found. Mean developmental duration of nymphs of N. lugens was positively correlated with temperatures. At the same temperature, developmental duration of 1st instar and 5th instar was longer that of 2st instar, 3rd instar and 4th instar. In addition, the longevity of adult female was longer than that of adult male. Developmental threshold temperature for 1st instar, 2st instar, 3th instar, 4th instar and 5th instar was 10.1, 11.9, 10.1, 10.9, 10.0 and 10.0 ℃ and their accumulation day degrees were 101.0, 35.1, 48.6, 43.1, 80.6, 323.8, respectively. The number of eggs laid by adult female decreased with decline of temperature, but the number between 25 ℃and 22 ℃ did not show a significant difference.
