摘 要: 根据二氧化碳汽提法尿素装置中尿素合成反应的条件以及高压合成区设备的结构特点,基于热力学机理模型,建立了高压合成区的动态仿真模型。计算结果同实际生产数据相比较,模拟值与设计值的偏差均在4%以内,说明本模型的精确性及可靠性较好,能够满足装置仿真需要,还可用于生产工艺条件优化和装置改造,具有较高的应用价值。 Based on the thermodynamic principle,considering urea synthesis condition and equipment characteristic,the dynamic model of HighPressure synthesis area of urea plant based on carbon dioxide stripping process was built.According to testing results,the relative errors between simulation results and design data were less than 4%when the model runs to steady state.It is proved that the dynamic model developed can satisfy the request for operator Training Simulator and be used to guide the plant operation,process reforming and the operating parameters optimization.
