摘 要: [目的]为黄茉莉的普及推广提供技术依据。[方法]从扦插的角度出发,研究盆栽花卉新品种黄茉莉的穴盘育苗技术。[结果]NAA、IAA、IBA3种激素均能明显提高黄茉莉穴盘育苗的成活率,但以IBA处理效果最好,其最适使用浓度为500mg/L,成活率可达89.2%;为了保证穴盘育苗的成活率和质量,基质最好使用进口扦插育苗专用泥炭,插穗剪成2cm且带1个节,保留1对叶片。[结论]采用穴盘育苗成活率高,育成的苗根系发达,生长健壮,能够满足现代花卉生产的要求。 [Objective] The research aimed to provide the technical basis for the popularization of Gelsemium sempervirens.[Method] Plug-seedling technique of new variety Gelsemium sempervirens was studied by cutting.[Result] NAA,IAA and IBA could increase survival rate significantly,and the effect of IBA was the best.The optimum concentration of IBA was 500 mg/L,and the survival rate could reach 89.2%.To keep up the high survival rate and quality of plug-seedling,the substrate was required to select special peat imported for cutting propagation,and the best length of cutting was 2 cm including one node and opposite leaves.[Conclusion] Seedlings had well developed root system and well growth,and it could meet the demand of modern flower production.
