摘　　要： 介绍了固体催化剂在生物柴油生产中的反应网络,以及目前应用于生物柴油生产中的3种固体催化剂:固体碱、固体酸和固定化脂肪酶。针对固体催化剂的引入增大了传质阻力这一问题,加入共溶剂、反应蒸馏反应器等技术被引入到多相反应体系中强化传质效果,提高了生物柴油的产率。 The reaction network of solid catalysts in the production of biodiesel oil was introduced. At present, three kinds of solid catalysts applied in the biodiesel oil production are solid bases, acid catalysts and immobilized enzymes. Mass transfer resistance increased when solid catalyst was used. For this purpose, the technologies such as added co-solvent, the reaction distillation reactor, etc. were used to enhance the mass transfer efficiency and the yield of biodiesel oill.
