摘 要: 提出了一种基于经典交通流模型的城市车路不平衡发展所产生影响的分析和评价方法,并以北京市为例,通过Param ics交通流仿真软件计算得出了城市车路发展的不均衡性对于交通状态所产生的影响。所得到的研究结果可作为相关修正系数应用于城市智能交通系统社会综合效益评价中,能够使得评价结果更加客观与准确。 Based on classical traffic flow model, a method to evaluate and analyze the influence made by the imbalance between development of urban road and increase of vehicles was put forward. Then taken Beijing city as an example, the influence of the imbalance of development on traffic state was calculated through Paramics software. The results can be used as relevant correction coefficients in the evaluation of urban ITS social benefits to make the evaluation result more objective and accurate.
